Keep Your Eyes On The Goal Not Results……..

When I first got started in business, I was very results oriented.  I would do the work, check the results, do the work and then check to see if anything was happening.  What I can tell you is I was an emotional mess.  I call this the Yo-Yo Syndrome. One Minute I was up, because I had some good results and the next minute I was down because the outcome was not as I had expected.

Fast forward a bunch of years I look back at how I was building my business and I now realize one of the secrets.

Always Keep Your Eye on The Goal At Hand and The Results Will Follow…..

I learned this from one of the greatest mentors I have ever had and his name is Campbell Haigh.  Campbell taught me that it doesn’t matter what the results are.  He taught me to take seasons and just work my business without checking results.

You see, growth often happens on the inside before results happen on the outside, meaning in your business.  You will only be handed what you are ready for and at the proper time. So I followed this advice and boy has it made a huge difference in everything I do.

I live a more peaceful life now because of how I apply this formula to my life and boy has it paid off.
