This blog post just makes too much sense. The biggest thing have to understand, though, is that you clearly highlight “they will still need to get on the phone.” The online component never eliminates the need for building personal relationships.

Hi – just thought I’d chip in a brief story. Been in business 20 years. Doing well. Started to l]work on my online presence in August 2010 – I am up 8% this month. I find that incredible that after 20 years of doing everything ‘right’, such a big step up is still there for the taking. Where will I be by c’mas?
