Top 3 Ways To Get Ripped, Lose Weight and Feel Great About Yourself.

I have to admit, I am in better shape at 38 than I was at 18 and back then, I thought I was in great shape.  As an 18 year old, there is only so much wisdom you can obtain in the short time you have been in this world.

Over the past twenty years I have for the most part had a membership to a gym, however up until a year ago, I never watched what I ate.  In fact I ate anything and everything I wanted.  Being that I spend a good portion of my day sitting in front of my cash generating computer and my metabolism slowed as I aged, one day I looked down at my stomach and didn’t like what I saw.

Success = Taking Care of Your Mind, Body and Soul. So Are You?

    Saturday, July 10th, 2010

Part of living a successful prosperous life is having a well balanced life.  I am talking about paying attention to your body, spirit and mind.  How are you going to enjoy the fruits of your labor if your not in shape?  How are you going to keep up with your kids?  I am a workout fanatic.  This morning I woke up and asked my daughter, Hannah (10 yrs old) to come to the gym with me and record 6 second video clips for me as I love to produce videos.

“Working out takes care of the body and believe it or not, satisfies my soul. I work on my mind daily by reading and studying #1 the bible and #2 habits of other successful people.”

    Somewhere Deep In The Adirondacks.

    Tuesday, June 29th, 2010

adirondacksI know it has been a while since my last post.  Sometimes we just need a little time to step back and reflect on what we are doing, where we are going and get focused again.

My family and I usually come up to New York State in the summer time as it gives our children time with their grandparents and cousins and gives my wife Pamela and I a break from our lives in Georgia.  I have to say, I do miss it up here.  The air is clean, the scenery is magnificent and there is no where else I would rather put on my running shoes and just run first thing in the morning.

One of the cool things about working off a computer and a cell phone is it gives you the freedom to work where ever you want.  During previous years coming up to Bolton Landing, NY (Where my in-laws live) there was no cell phone service, and I had to spend time with my long time friend and college roommate Darren in Saratoga Springs, NY (About 45 minutes south).

Due to recent changes in technology and AT&T putting out a rather dandy product called 3G Microcell, we now have cell phone coverage here.  It hooks up through the high speed internet and WI-FI and provides up to 10 users in the household that use AT&T cell service and can handle up to 4 lines of usage at once with 5 bar service.  It’s pretty slick. Best part about it is it doesn’t gobble up your minutes when your using it.

Warrior Dash Southeast 2010. Mud, Sweat and Beer

    Tuesday, May 25th, 2010

The Warrior Dash is a 5K Endurance Race Held all over the US. What an Awesome Time.

    warrior dash southeast

I trained for about 8 months for this race with three other guys.  While it is a short race, it’s brutal. We just wanted to see what it was like before we hit the Tough Mudder Race ( http://ToughMudder.com ).  The race was held in Mountain City Georgia at “The Battlegrounds”

We were the first heat at 11am on the first day and I finished in 26 minutes.  Would have been quicker but at the start I was behind several hundred people that were not as eager to cross the finish line as I was so I had to wait until there was a wide enough opening to blaze past them.  What a blast.

The Endless Summer of an Internet Marketing Rockstar

    Tuesday, July 21st, 2009

nov-23-2019-vid00093_1Well Gang, its been a super long, super fun summer.  After a month on Maui, I slid over to NY to meet back up with my awesome wife Pamela and my two daughters Kaylee and Hannah in Upstate NY.

What a roller coaster summer.  I got to hang with friends I have not seen in 20 years and spend quality time with myself.

Internet Marketing and the rich’s that come along with making money online have truly created a lifestyle in which I can go where ever I want, when I want and stay as long as I want.

Most people only dream of being able to live such a life.

    bird-feeder1

I bought a bird feeder. I hung it on my back porch and filled It with seed. What a beauty of
bird feeder it is, as I filled it lovingly with seed. Within a week we had hundreds of birds
taking advantage of the continuous flow of free and easily accessible food.

But then the birds started building nests in the boards of the patio, above the table, and next to the barbecue.

Then came the poop. It was everywhere: on the patio tile, the chairs, the table … everywhere!

Then some of the birds turned mean. They would dive bomb me and try to peck me even though I had fed them out of my own pocket.

And others birds were boisterous and loud. They sat on the feeder and squawked and screamed at
all hours of the day and night and demanded that I fill it when it got low on food.

After a while, I couldn’t even sit on my own back porch anymore. So I took down the bird feeder and in three days the birds were gone. I cleaned up their mess and took down the many nests they had built all over the patio.

Soon, the back yard was like it used to be…. quiet, serene and no one demanding their rights to a free meal.

Now let’s see. Our government gives out free food, subsidized housing, free medical care, and

free education and allows anyone born here to be an automatic citizen.

Then the illegal came by the tens of thousands. Suddenly our taxes went up to pay for free services; small apartments are housing 5 families; you have to wait 6 hours to be seen by an emergency room doctor; your child’s 2nd grade class is behind other schools because over half the class doesn’t speak english.

Corn Flakes now come in a bilingual box; I have to ‘press one’ to hear my bank talk to me in English, and people waving flags other than ‘Old Glory’ are squawking and screaming in the streets, demanding more rights and free liberties.

Just my opinion, but maybe it’s time for the government to take down the bird feeder

    George Carlin – A Dead Man’s Tribute…..

    Tuesday, June 2nd, 2009

GEORGE CARLIN (His wife recently died…and George followed her, dying July 2008)

    george-carlin1

Isn’t it amazing that George Carlin – comedian of the 70′s and 80′s – could write something so very eloquent…and so very appropriate.

    A Message by George Carlin:

The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers, wider Freeways , but narrower viewpoints. We spend more, but have less, we buy more, but enjoy less. We have bigger houses and smaller families, more conveniences, but less time. We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgment, more experts, yet more problems, more medicine, but less wellness.

We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little, watch TV too much, and pray too seldom.
