Be Different In A World Of Sames.
Wednesday, November 24th, 2010
Take a look around you. I mean take a real good look at people. For the most part, people want to be like each other, don’t they?
From the cars we drive to the house we live in all the way down to the clothes that we put on every day, we conform to what our circle of influence (the people we’ve surrounded ourselves with) wears, drives and lives in.
Where is the individualism if we are just going around trying to keep up with our neighbors?
I am not saying these things are bad, I am just proving a point.

Why Discipline Equals Freedom.
Thursday, November 4th, 2010
For most people, just the word discipline carries with it a negative connotation. People think that discipline means they will have less freedom.
This is far from the truth.
There is no personal freedom, financial freedom or any other freedom in life without it.

Network Marketing and Thunderdome | Two Men Enter, One Man Leaves.
Tuesday, November 2nd, 2010
It was the year 1985 and “Mad Max” played by Mel Gibson starred in it’s sequel film “Beyond Thunderdome”, also starring Tina Turner.
The crowd chants wildly, “two men enter, one man leaves”, “two men enter, one man leaves”.
I believe this is where today’s cage fighting idea began and MMA was born.
However in this movie, it was fight till the death and each man was given access to different tools (weapons) and the one who utilized them the best and with the most skill and dexterity won.
I think today’s Network marketing/Internet marketing world is very similar to cage fighting. All contestants have an even playing ground. All are given the same opportunity to succeed at whatever level they want to push themselves to, though there are very few champions in comparison to the number of people competing?

Thursday, October 28th, 2010
By being an entrepreneur you are taking a stand against a lot of things. Poverty, mediocrity and being just average are just a couple things that classify a person as having a backbone. Those who make excuses, play the blame game or have a woe is me mentality have merely a wishbone. Wishbone people are those with entitlement and lottery mentalities. They think that the world owes them something, when in reality, the world pays them exactly what they are worth and what they deserve.
I think a lot of people are stuck in life, living in the past. I hear things all the time like, “those were the good ole days” and “remember when”.
This keeps people from moving forward in life and breaking free from the bondage of the past.

Are You Turning Up The Intensity In Your Home Based Business?
Wednesday, September 22nd, 2010
As part of my rigorous weekly fitness training I attend a Les Mills RPM Class twice a week. RPM is similar to Spinning, but not the same. None the less the stationary state of the art bikes are the same. Through the 45 minute workout there are different intensity levels to the workout all controlled by several things.
#1 The resistance knob in which turns right and left, increasing and decreasing the intensity.
#2 The BPM (Beats Per Minute) of the music playing in the background.

The Parable Of The Sower.
Sunday, September 19th, 2010
In the Bible, specifically in Mark 4:3-8, Jesus talks about how when a farmer goes out into the field and sows his seed, some seeds are scattered along the path and birds come and eat it all up. He then goes onto say that some of the seed falls in rocky places where there is not much soil and it springs up quickly because the soil is shallow.
When the sun comes up it scorches those plants because they don’t have deep enough roots in the soil. He talks about other seeds that fall amoung thorns which grew up and choked out the plants. Lastly in the Parable of the sower he talks about seed that falls on good, fertile soil and how it grew and produced a crop multiplying thirty to one hundred times.
There are many lessons that can be drawn from this lesson on ancient wisdom. The main one is to make sure that you have a foundation for your business and life to grow from.

Do You Have Addictions In Your Life?
Wednesday, September 8th, 2010Do You Have Addictions In Your Life?
For some its Pornography, Cigarettes, Dope, Coke, Booze. For others its Running, Jogging, Working out or just flat out working.
This is one of those times where I let the guard down and let you inside my life just a little deeper. I want to touch on addictions. At some point or another, everyone has had one of some sort.
Being that I grew up in on Maui back in the early 1980’s, marijuana was plentiful and everyone grew it, knew it and used it. I can remember times in which me and my buddies would drop some LSD, Wait for a full moon, grab 2 trash bags a piece, a machete and all black clothing and go in and raid a marijuana patch. We did this several times until one day we got chased out of this guys 2 acre patch with a shotgun.
Ok, this is going back over 25 years ago and I can tell you that for me, this is when addictions started. That was the culture I grew up in. I was exposed to a lot of things at a very young age and I am glad I was as I was well educated later on in life while people around me were just experiencing what I had done years earlier.

Pushing Yourself To The Limit.
Tuesday, August 31st, 2010
We live in one of the greatest nations in the world. The United States of America is a place in which you can live your life any which way you want. One of the best freedoms we have is to have the ability to leave our mark on society; to leave a legacy in which the world will or will not know who you were throughout your life.
I think that one of the noblest things you can do with your life is to leave your mark on the world around you. Did you make this world a better place during your stay or were you just a taker and said the hell with the world.
