What It Means To Be Committed To Your Network Marketing Business.
Sunday, August 15th, 2010
Commitment – the act of binding yourself (intellectually or emotionally) to a course of action.
I was about 10 years old, living on the North shore of Maui in the Hawaiian Islands when I got my first surfboard. Back then I was a little fella with no fear whatsoever. My surfboard was about 9 feet (a long board) in those days’ standards.
I can remember it like it was yesterday. My friends’ older brother was taking us surfing at the world famous Hookipa State Park, which yields some of the biggest, nastiest winter waves in the world and also a world famous windsurfing and Kite Surfing spot.
Anyways, a storm has recently blown through and the waves were huge that day. We got to the beach, I waxed up my board and for the first time in my life I paddled out into uncharted waters with waves 4 times my height.

5 Important Steps Critical To Your Success in Internet Marketing.
Thursday, August 12th, 2010When I first got started with Internet Marketing back in August of 2008, I was clueless as to how to approach what I call “The Internet Marketing Monster.” There were so many moving parts and things to learn and apply, it made my head spin.
While I am glad I went through a trial and error phase, I wish I knew then what I know now about how to properly get started with the biggest bang for my time and money.
Branding and positioning yourself is critically important if you want to have any long term success online. Always remember, you are building your “You Inc.” brand. A big mistake people make when they get online is thinking that they are more credible by attaching their name to a specific business opportunity. Bad move.

Are You Being The Real You In Your Marketing?
Wednesday, August 11th, 2010I have to admit, when I first started marketing online I didn’t think people would take me seriously as I had not had any success in this industry thus far. While I never lied about anything, looking back, I kind of put on a different personality in an attempt to attract my prospects to me.
Boy was I wrong.
It took about six months to realize that there are people out there that are going to relate to me and then there are those that won’t. It wasn’t until I just started being “Josh Boxer” that I started seeing the results I was looking for in business.

How To Know If What You’re Doing In Life Is Challenging Enough For You.
Friday, August 6th, 2010
Having been in the hospitality industry, prior to getting involved with online marketing, I know what it’s like to be on my feet all day, hair on fire, running a team of 50-100 people, trying to make my monthly numbers, please my boss and provide for my family.
I have always been a very high energy kind of guy and thus attracted those kind of people into my life and looked for those kind of people to work with as well.
If you have ever been to a banquet or large production gathering with food and beverage, then you know it’s a huge challenge keeping up with all the moving parts there.

How To Handle Objections In The Network Marketing Industry.
Thursday, August 5th, 2010If you have been in this industry for any amount of time, you’re going to run into a slew of objections from people. If you’re not getting objections, you’re not talking to enough people.
How you handle objections will be a huge part in your success in this industry. Most Networkers don’t have a clue as to how to handle them.
I have to say that I love when a prospect knocks me up with an objection. It used to freak me out and turn me into stuttering Josh, but now, with confidence, I am able to easily handle them and turn objections into new reps.

How To Provide Value To The World Around You.
Wednesday, August 4th, 2010
When I first got started in this industry nearly 6 years ago, I was with a very well known MLM company with over 1 million products and services offered. I was taught to build a list of everyone I have ever known and to call those people utilizing my non-existent phone skills or a 3-way with my up line.
That phone weighed 100 pounds. I was fearful of what my friends and family would think of me. I had no success other than rising to the position of a GM in the hotel industry and didn’t think I would be taken seriously.
Needless to say, I sponsored 5 people out of a list of about 300 that I had put together.
