The 4 S’s of Life – Living a Life of Significance

The Days of Martini Lunches, Sky’s Limit Expense Accounts and European Vacations Have Been Over For Some Time Now.  People all over the world are either Surviving, Stabalizing, Succeeding or living a life of Significance.

Survival

We are living in a world of uncertainty. The unemployment rate is the highest it’s been since the Great Depression of the 1920′s and we haven’t seen the worst of it yet.  Home foreclosures are at an all time high and mark my word, you ain’t seen nothing yet, there is more to come.

When times like this hit, people go into survival mode, at least the smart ones do.  You see folks, you can blame the government, your company and everyone else for your misfortunes in life. Did you need that new car, new boat, big home? Or could you have lived within your means and not spent $1.20 for every $1.00 you made.

The Government is doing this with our tax money. Yep, that is the reality. Only now, people are like, “Holy Crap, I am in trouble”. Well duh. When you spend more than you make, yep, your in trouble. I call it survival mode because people are not living the life they want to. The Fact is, it’s there fault. Over consumption is eating our world from the inside out. In some countries, people are fighting for food and water.

From MLM Failure To Top Tier Success…

I Struggled For 4 Years in the MLM Business…A little over a year ago, I had a breakthrough. I left MLM..

Have you ever just knew deep down inside that you were supposed to do something with your life?  It’s like someone or something inside of you just drives you from within.  It almost pulls you towards your dreams.  Knowing it’s good you follow the feelings down a road that is unfamiliar, yet it feels right.

If this sounds like you, it’s because it is.  You see, you and I are not that different at all.  We  both have dreams, goals and aspirations.  We both have a no quit attitude and are willing to sacrafice on the front end to enjoy the fruits on the other end.

I sacraficed a whole lot in my first years in the Network Marketing industry.  Time with my family, money on products and trips and meetings.  I followed the plan exactly as it was laid out for me, however, for some reason I had no visible signs of success.

I contemplated whether I would even share this with my readers but I figured what why not.

What are most online marketers lacking? Well that’s easy.. Traffic to their websites. I struggled with this for months when I first put my blog up.

Over the course of time I found a system that not only drives traffic, it increases your websites page rank as well as traffic value. In other words-Google starts to pay attention and rank you which is a really good thing.

I have to tell you though.  You don’t want to drive traffic to a crappy website if you ever plan on having long term success on the internet.  There is plenty of competition and if your site doesn’t stand out, people will quickly leave and check out some one else.

So step #1 – You want to have a professionally done site.  You are going to have to invest in you and your branding/positioning.  This is the biggest thing I see people miss.  They get online and have no credibility so the only way to stand out is to earn trust. Are You Building Your Network Marketing Business with a Shovel, Back-hoe or an Earth Mover?

Over the past five decades Network Marketing has gone through a huge transition, however 97% of Networkers are stuck in the 1960′s.

There are three analogies I like to use in reference to how people built, are building and will build their network marketing businesses. The shovel, the backhoe and the earthmover are what I will use as an example to illustrate my point.

I first started in the industry with Amway, a company that goes way back to the 1960′s.  Awesome company, great values and I learned a whole lot about this industry as an Amway distributer.  Back then, people used the equivalent of a shovel to build their business.  They met in living rooms and dens in homes across America to build their Internet Marketing businesses.

For nearly three decades folks grew their business through warm lists and just talking with people.  There was no three way calling, no cell phones. no personal computers. That was networking in it’s most primative form, aside from the spreading of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

A Creative Copywriter and His Closely Guarded Secrets.

What is Creative Copywriting Anyways?

Copywriting is quite simple and can be explained in 13 words. Quite simply, it’s the ability to write words that makes people want to give you money.

There are many different kinds of copywriting.  You could be writing copy on your blog, in ads and a whole slew of other places.  When people first get started writing, I feel that they go after the big traffic without realizing the competition that sits there.  They try to be someone they are not- to attract the people that they want to be. Think about that for one moment.

You want to attract people that you are comfortable with.  I can relate to that as when I first got started online and was trying to make a living doing it, I felt that I had to be someone I was not.  Ever hear the term “fake it until you make it?” That was me.  Did it work and did I attract the folks that I wanted? Nope.

I was uncomfortable with the audience I was trying to attract to me.  Therefore it came through in my writing.
